Product Suitability:

Maze Oasis (a Pautosh Holdings brand) products, including stone bath mats and non-slip pads, are designed for use on stable, non-sensitive flooring.

Sensitive Surfaces (Marble, Natural Stone, Vinyl, Refinished Tubs, etc.):

Surfaces such as, but not limited to, marble, natural stone, vinyl, linoleum, and refinished, reglazed, or painted tubs are sensitive and can be porous. These surfaces are prone to discoloration, staining, or other reactions from a wide variety of materials, including water, soaps, and bath accessories.

Disclaimer of Non-Slip Pad (PVC-Coated Polyester):

Our non-slip pad is made from PVC-coated polyester. While this is a standard industry material, we do not guarantee its compatibility with all flooring types. The use of any PVC-based product on sensitive, sealed, or porous surfaces carries a risk of chemical reaction, staining, or color transfer. This risk can be influenced by moisture, cleaning agents, and the specific chemical composition of your floor's sealer.

Disclaimer of "Non-Slip" Function:

The term "non-slip" refers to the pad's design, which is intended to help reduce mat movement on the floor. It does not, and cannot, guarantee the prevention of all slips. Maze Oasis & Pautosh Holdings are not liable for any injuries or damages to any person, animal, or property resulting from slips or falls that may occur with or without the use of the mat and pad.

The customer assumes all risk for the use of Maze Oasis products, including but not limited to surface compatibility and slip prevention. Maze Oasis & Pautosh Holdings are not liable for any damage, discoloration, or staining that may occur to flooring or other surfaces, nor for any personal injury resulting from the use of our products.
