Warranty Claims for Defective Products:
If you experience a defect within the warranty period, please:
- Send detailed information about the defect, including photographs or videos, via email to or through a Direct Message on our Instagram account.
- Provide Proof of Purchase: Include your order number or other proof of purchase.
- We will evaluate your claim and, if approved, provide instructions for returning the defective product.
Resolution: We will repair or replace the defective product at our discretion.
